We have many years’ experience of running ‘hall tests’, ‘in-home usage tests’ (IHUTs), ‘concept tests’ and ‘concept labs’, where we combine consumer focus groups with concept development sessions. In addition to field testing, we have our own in-house viewing facility, known as ‘Innervisions’, which provides flexible space and resources for central location tests. We work very closely with some of the top international fragrance houses and understand the importance of a product’s sensory attributes, whether it be fine fragrance, air freshener, scented candles or laundry products. We can test both neat and dilute fragrances, as well as preparing and testing dry and damp samples. This is a specialised area and we are supported by great in-house facilities, including our very own laundry lab for product preparation and consumer testing.
